Frequently Asked Questions

We require at least 24 hours notice for all food tray orders. For weekends and peak periods (Fridays, Saturdays, holidays), we recommend ordering 48-72 hours in advance to ensure availability. For very large orders (multiple large trays), please contact us at least 3 days in advance.

Food trays are delivered in disposable aluminum containers with lids. Each tray comes with serving utensils. We recommend transferring the food to your own serving dishes for presentation, but you can serve directly from our trays. All trays should be refrigerated upon delivery and can be served cold or reheated according to the instructions provided.

Yes! You can customize your menu from our selection of Nigerian and intercontinental dishes. You can choose ANY number of dishes you like - there are no restrictions on how many items you can select for each category.

We deliver to all London boroughs and selected areas in Essex, Kent, Surrey, and Hertfordshire. Delivery charges vary by location. Free delivery is available on orders over £100 within our standard delivery zones. For deliveries outside these areas, please contact us for availability and pricing.

When properly refrigerated, our food trays will stay fresh for up to 3 days. We recommend consuming within 24 hours for optimal freshness and flavour. All trays are delivered with preparation and storage instructions. Most dishes can be reheated in the oven or microwave - specific instructions are provided with your order.
